Guiding rails

steel guiding rails are attached on the inside behind the doorway and limit the movement and space of the gate wing (up, down). Above the doorway the guiding rails turns inside and it is necessary to connect it to the ceiling. When opening, the gate wing folds behind the sill from vertical into a horizontal position.
The guiding rails are a part of the door mounting - the complete set of guiding components.
The construction of the guiding rails varies above the doorway, depending on the opted type:
a standard mounting for the sill is offered to a minimum height of 440mm.
From the sill height 800 - 3350 mm a higher mounting is used.
If the height of the sill is, however, in the range 220 - 440 mm, a lowered mounting is used.
For halls with a high ceiling a vertical mounting is used, which is not connected to the ceiling; when this type of door is used, the gatewings only move vertically.

Torso springs

make the weight of the gate wing lighter via steel ropes, lead through a winding rope drum
Security in the event of the steel rope breaking or ripping - standard security component.

Gate wing

is made up of steel lamel plates, filled with 40 mm of polyurethane layer (without freon). Individual 'lamel' plates are approx. 500 and 610 mm high. They are also available with GROOVES, MICROPROFIL, eventually aluminium sections with filling (see Aluminium lamella fillings). The door 'lamel' plates are connected by a joint hanger and depending on the number of 'lamel' plates they produce the gate wing of the required height.

The gate wing is finished at the bottom with rubber floor insulation, which prevents the entry of rain water into the building. Together with the isolation it helps to minimise any thermal loss in the building.

Accessories for doors

Signals
- use for various signalling options, e.g. signalling of the open/closed door status
- the signal is connected to the equipment at the transhipment point
- option to use LED lamps ensuring a longer service life

- sound device notifying the activity of the loading equipment - 220V/50Hz

Backup sources
In the case of breakdown in the electricity network, a UPS backup source is activated which ensures all the functions of the door.
