Steel sliding fire doors are special closures which prevent the spreading of fire and the penetration of heat and flames. Particular advantages are the minimum demands on space and the option to use the whole gate hole as a passage. They can be used in dry environments or in environments with relatively high relative moisture. They must not be in direct contact with water.
