The steel folding doors further alternative for industrial operating units, halls, buildings.

Use:

- for extremely wide gateway

When opening the door wing can turn by 90 or 180 degrees. The gate is available with or without heat insulation. Increased user comfort can be in the form of a built-in door or side door. Various glazing, surface treatment and colour options ensure an individual appearance in accordance with a company identity.

Thickness of the door wing:
50 mm, filled with PUR foam without the use of freons, as an alternative – filler rock wool, which ensures better soundproofing;

Thickness of the steel shell:
Standard 1mm galvanized steel
Above-standard 1.5 or 2 mm

Surface treatment:
Standard variant – double-sided smooth surface with basic paint in a shade similar to RAL 9002(grey-white); further paints available on request.

Steel frames and steel plates for the gate wings are welded and then sealed with a special first class sealing binder. This measure also increases stability in the case of large dimensions.

Folding door for fire stations

This door fulfils all the requirements of firemen. In the case of a fire, every second is important – this means that the gate must be opened immediately after activation of the alarm.
The gate does not need any source for its opening. They are permanently under the pressure of springs. In the case of the disconnection of the lock by tensile rope, the gate is immediately opened. The door can be closed manually with pressure against the force of the springs. The gate will be returned to its original position and will be ready for further fast opening. The opening speed can be adjusted according to the requirements of the client.

- safety and reliability:
the door can be controlled by the “dead man” system or by pulse module. Both systems are protected by self-regulating prevention mechanisms linked to the main contact edges. All vertical edges of the gate wing are equipped with rubber profiles as protection against trapping fingers;
