1. Guiding rail
They are attached to the inside behind the doorway and limit the movement of the gate wing (up or down). The gate mounting varies according to the building requirements. STANDARD - the height of the sill has to be a minimum of 350mm, LOW - the height of the sill is between 230 – 350mm, and Low with balance springs mounted behind and used in case the height of the sill ranges between 70 - 230mm.2. Gate wings
A gate wing consists of a given composition of heat-cladded ‘lamel’ plates joined by butt hinges. It is characterized by a great variability regarding the ‘lamel’ plate types, variety of their surfaces, great offer of color wood imitation, and diversity of RAL paints. ’Lamel’ plates (hot-galvanized on both sides) are 500 or 610mm high. They can be mutually combined, or an aluminium glassed-in ‘lamel’ plate can be fitted (more suitable for technical buildings), or ‘lamel’ plates with several types of windows.
Basic types of ‘lamel’ plates: |

| A) Cassette There is a horizontal motif on the internal side made in a standard color similar to the white shade of RAL 9010; external side with a cassette ‘lamel’ plate. |
B) Horizontal groove Identical on both sides in the standard design; internal/external side is painted in RAL 9010 (white). |
| Surface finish: KA cassette always has a surface structure of wood on the internal side, the so-called WOODGRAIN, and is by default featured with white color similar to RAL 9010 (white). Also imitation wood is offered – golden oak, dark oak, mahogany, or an arbitrary color according to RAL. |
Surface finish: External side surface can be WOODGRAIN finished, or it can be smooth. External side can be offered also in imitation wood – golden oak, dark oak, mahogany, or in an arbitrary color according to RAL. |

| C) Groove in the middle Horizontal groove motif on the internal side; external side is ‘lamel’-plated with a groove in the middle. By default, internal/external side is RAL 9010 (white) painted. |
D) Smooth Horizontal groove motif on the internal side; external side is smooth ‘lamel’-plated. By default, internal/external side RAL 9010 (white) colored. |

3. Connecting components of 'lamel' plates
Butt hinges joint individual ‘lamel’ platel and in combination with travel pulleys ensure optimum gate functioning with a long service life.4. Torso springs
